Provisio

Terms

Written in plain language, because you should be able to read this in two minutes and know exactly where you stand.

24-hour warranty

  • Every order carries a warranty of up to 24 hours from delivery. The exact hours are shown on each product card.
  • Within that window: check what you received, and if it does not work, tell support on Telegram. We fix it, replace it, or refund it.
  • After the 24-hour window closes the warranty ends and the order is considered accepted. Support will still help you, but a refund is no longer available.

Refunds

  • Delivered digital goods are not refundable outside the warranty window above.
  • If we cannot deliver what you ordered, you get a full refund. Always.
  • If we never deliver, the contract returns 100% to you on day 7. We cannot stop that and we do not decide it. We can also refund you in full at any time, and we do where the fault is ours. Otherwise the remedy is replacement or service.
  • We pay providers with a crypto-funded card, so we have no chargeback either. Neither side can reverse a payment — which is exactly why the money sits in the contract instead of with us.

Subscriptions and accounts — how this works

We deliver in two ways. Your product page, and support, will tell you which one applies to your order.

1. Paid onto an account you already own

  • The account stays yours. We never ask for your password and we never hold it.
  • We pay the provider directly, using our own business payment card, held and verified in our own name. You pay us in USDC; we make the international card payment that you cannot make yourself. That is the service you are buying.
  • When the payment confirms, the provider's invoice goes to your own email. That invoice is your proof of purchase.

2. An account we set up and hand over to you

  • We create and configure the account, then give you the login details on delivery.
  • On your first login, change the password and the recovery details straight away. From that moment the account's security is in your hands and is your responsibility.
  • Check that the service actually works before the guarantee window below closes.

Your 24-hour guarantee — both kinds

  • You have 24 hours from delivery to check that what you bought actually works.
  • If it does not work inside that window — the provider suspended it, a bot will not run, the service is unusable — tell support on Telegram and we fix it, replace it, or refund you in full.
  • After 24 hours the order is considered accepted. Support will still help you, but a refund is no longer available.
  • What happens on the account after you take it over is yours. If a provider suspends it because of how it is used, that is between you and the provider.

Renewals

  • A subscription covers one billing period and does not renew automatically. Service ends the moment the paid period ends — exactly as with any subscription you buy yourself. Contact support before your expiry date to continue.

Payments

  • Payment is USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) only. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed.
  • Sending on the wrong network loses the funds permanently and cannot be recovered.
  • Always confirm the address with support before sending.
  • Tell us on Telegram before you send. A payment that arrives with no message cannot be matched to an order, and delivery will be delayed until it is.
  • Sent something by mistake? Tell us at once with the transaction ID. USDC or any other token sent to the escrow contract by accident can be returned, and so can an overpayment or an unmatched payment. Funds sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered by anyone.
  • The price you see is the price you send. The only charge Provisio adds is the $5 escrow fee on orders under $100 — free at $100 and above, and always quoted before you pay.

Escrow — optional, on any order

  • Escrow is optional and available on every product, from the smallest to the largest. You choose it when you place the order; we will never tell you an order is too small. It is free on orders of $100 and above, and $5 below that.
  • Your USDC is held by a public contract on BNB Smart Chain, not by us: 0xF6CcaAa8F3e80902BF865c57db6Ad12E23961247. The contract has no owner, no pause and no upgrade path. Neither we nor anyone else can change its rules, and we cannot withdraw money locked in an open order.
  • Every escrow order has your wallet address written into it as the buyer. Only that wallet can fund the order, and only that wallet can confirm delivery, raise a dispute or take a refund. Check the buyer field on the contract before you pay: if it is not your address, tell support and we will issue a new order. Nothing is at risk either way — the contract refuses a payment from any other wallet.
  • You confirm receipt after delivery, or the order counts as received 30 minutes later. From that point you have 24 hours to raise a dispute.
  • If we do not deliver within 7 days of funding, you can take your full payment back yourself, without our agreement or involvement.
  • If we cannot agree, after 30 days the money splits 50/50 — automatically. Neither side can win it outright. This is deliberate: it makes a false claim expensive for a buyer and a false delivery equally expensive for us. We lose half too.
  • The contract cannot see outside the blockchain, so it cannot judge whether a product works. It does not decide who is right — it only makes lying costly for both sides.

Disputes

  • Contact support on Telegram first — most issues are resolved in minutes.
  • On a direct payment, support is the arbiter and our decision is the only remedy available to you. We say that plainly so you can weigh it before choosing how to pay.
  • On an escrow order, nobody arbitrates. The rules above run on their own, and we have no more power over them than you do.
  • Where a claim is our fault and we can verify it, we refund without waiting for any deadline — through the contract or directly.

Account panel — what you get, and what happens after

  • One month of a hosting account panel, funded to $110.
  • It is bought on an email address. You may give us your own, or we provide one on delivery. We never share our payment details with a buyer, so the account is always purchased by us.
  • If your provider bills pay-as-you-go and the balance outlives the month, it stays yours. We do not claw it back.
  • The first 30 minutes are yours, and not optional. We hand the panel over, walk you through it, then mark the order delivered. You then have 30 minutes to change the password and the recovery details. After that the account's security is yours, and a claim that rests on a password that was never changed is not one we accept. That same 30 minutes is RECEIPT_WINDOW in the escrow contract — the clock is on chain, not in our word.
  • The first 24 hours are ours. Account suspended, a VPS will not create, the panel does not work — tell support inside 24 hours and we replace it.
  • After 24 hours there is no replacement on third-party provider service. The order is accepted, and that window is the whole of the cover.
  • Anything we built for you carries three months of service. There the remedy is that it is made to work, not money back.

If the panel is suspended

  • Providers do suspend panels, so it is worth knowing what causes it before it happens to you.
  • Here is our own example, because it is more use to you than a claim. One of our own Google Cloud panels is suspended right now. We created five Outlook accounts on it. That is exactly the behaviour every provider watches for, and it cost us the panel — no warning, no appeal, just the panel.
  • We are telling you that instead of telling you our record is clean, because our record is not something you can check and this is.
  • What causes suspensions, as far as we know them: crypto mining on a third-party VPS — the fastest way there is to lose a panel, and every provider watches for it; creating accounts in bulk from a fresh datacenter IP — a handful of new mailboxes in one sitting is enough to trip a review; anything illegal.
  • Payment-side problems are ours — a card declined, a multiple-account payment flag. We replace the panel.
  • Provider-rule problems are yours — the three above. Every provider forbids them and no replacement is owed.
  • Tell support inside your 24-hour window. We open an inquiry with the provider and ask for the reason in writing. If the cause is ours a replacement reaches you within 24 hours of us having that answer, and if the provider has given us nothing after 7 days we replace it anyway rather than leave you sitting in their queue.
  • One honest limit. The 24-hour window answers one question: did a working panel reach you? A suspension three weeks later sits outside it. What is written here is our word, not code — the same distinction we make everywhere else on this site.
